# Thrust Capital

> Thrust Capital is a Stockholm investment and operating company. We select a few companies, take ownership, and help them raise capital by putting the right people, product and proof in the right place, fast. We fund the future.

We work in three steps: select (a few companies a year, in markets we know from the inside), allocate (people and money to the few things that change the valuation: product, regulation, go-to-market) and raise (with a live product, real numbers and a clear story, we take the company to investors and run the round with the founders).

We move a company in three ways: ownership (equity and sweat-equity deals, board and advisory seats), resources (we take the product and tech seat as fractional or interim CPO, CTO or CPTO; product is built by our build company, Rocket Factory) and funding (equity story, financial model, data room, investor introductions and the round itself).

We engage on one model, hybrid: a lower fee, a real stake sized to the mission and the stage, and a seat at the table. Skin in the game.
